For use in commercial kitchen hoods.
Manufactured with folded sheets alternatively placed in a concave and convex manner, thus partially covering one another.
Airflow is forced to change directions and, because of an inertial effect, grease is deposited onto the sheets, to be later drained through the holes made on the carrying frame.
Recommended air velocity: Between 45-90 m/min.
Pressure drop: between 4-10 mm. water column.
Made of stainless steel or galvanized steel.
